Graham McBride has been active in the North American investing community for 30 years. He is President of LarchHill Capital Inc., a private investing and consulting firm, and a Co-Founder of FundThrough Inc., one of Canada’s successful fintech companies, providing working capital to small and mid-sized companies. Until 2010, he was a Managing Partner of VG Partners, joining to lead the growth and management of the VG MezzGrowth Group (mezzanine fund), with capital under management of $300 million. His entire career has been spent in the Canadian mid-market, investing in, and advising entrepreneurs and their businesses. Prior to VG, Mr. McBride was a Managing Director of Royal Bank Capital Partners’ Mezzanine Fund, establishing the firm as a presence in the mezzanine market. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. McBride was a Principal in the start-up of McKenna Gale Capital, focusing on mezzanine investments of $7 to $15 million in a diverse mix of mid-market companies.

With over 35 years in the food and CPG industry, Tom possesses a broad base of experience across several product categories, along with a solid understanding of the Canadian market, having led national brand, private label and fresh bakery businesses.
Tom has held senior management roles with several companies including Frito Lay (Pepsico), Molson, Upper Crust and ConAgra Foods Canada, where he served as President. From an industry perspective, Tom has previously served on the board of the FCPC, while continuing as a board member and Chair of the Grocery Foundation.

Paul Del Duca has joined the Board of Advisors of the company.
Prior to this appointment Paul spent five years as the SVP of Fresh Foods for Walmart Canada, General Manager for Sobeys Ontario, President of Wilson Logistics Solutions, SVP of Metro Ontario and Executive VP A&P Canada. Paul also recently joined Wilson Truck Lines as Co-CEO.
Mr. Del Duca’s storied career in Food Retailing & Distribution spans 40 years and includes Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Procurement, Warehousing and Transportation. He started as a grocery clerk and progressed through the ranks into varying leadership roles throughout the years.

Howard was also Vice-President of S&MG (now Mosaic Group) and spent time at P&G, which taught him invaluable lessons about process and the importance of listening.

Hesham is an accomplished executive with over twenty-five years experience in the Sales, Marketing and finance field. Hesham constantly challenging himself and the people around him to learn, grow and share goodness. Hesham’s work ethic and integrity helped him lead successful businesses for progressive organizations of all sizes and at all stages in their lifecycle.
He never stops giving back; a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, the former Director of The Distress Centre of Peel, a volunteer at Skills for Change and founder of Life Momentum, a philanthropic foundation focused on supporting youth in Canada and around the world. He aspires to become a beginner over and over again, with global expansion, guitar playing and extreme mountain climbing currently on the list.
Paul has held senior sales and management roles throughout his 30 year career which he began with Lexmark International in 1998 in an enterprise sales role. Over the next seventeen years with Lexmark he earned progressive roles in both the Retail and Enterprise businesses in Canada, the United Kingdom and the USA. Since leaving Lexmark Paul shifted to the marketing agency world in 2009. Since then he has led several agencies with businesses in the retail merchandising and digital space. Paul has a strong work ethic, is driven, entrepreneurial and highly motivated to deliver success. He is a strong leader and communicator with a proven ability to empower, motivate, and develop teams to meet and exceed targets.
Maggie’s 30-year Career began with claims and credit approval in the Group Insurance Industry where she was responsible for managing client accounts and payment processing systems. Maggie then took her experience to Consumer Impact Marketing, where she managed in-field payment solutions and services for several Pharmaceutical and Confectionary clients.
Maggie joined the Brand Momentum company in 2011, to oversee their Payment Technology Solutions shortly and after that shifted her talents to PAYGOS to lead all the Client Services and Operations for the company.
With her knowledge in the finance and technology sectors, and her exceptional operational skills, Maggie has contributed to the growth of PAYGOS and is excited and committed to delivering exceptional results for all Paygos customers.
With more than 35 years experience in the Canadian retail food industry and a graduate from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Anthony has led collaborative change throughout his career. His body of work entails leading innovation and transformation in business development, category management, merchandising, procurement, and execution of strategies in both fresh and grocery departments. Prior to joining Paygos Anthony’s assignments integrated technology and fact-based data driving increases in sales, profit and customer insights while building relationships across businesses with U.G.I., A&P Canada, Longo’s and Sobeys. He also held numerous positions with discount and conventional retailers in Western Canada.
